I took 2 sizes bigger (I usually take 37, here I took 39). Just make sure to measure you foot size. I wore them for 8 hours, no problem at all. They are really comfortable and had no problem walking, dancing etc. The only thing is that the upper part do not touch your toes so I had to put one sock at the end of the shoes so that my toes touch the upper part of the shoes.
