Тренажёр по ощущениям понравился. Единственное, что не понравилось то, что нет индивидуальной упаковки, запаковано было только в пупырчатый пакет, а сверху бумажный слой, не просвечивается. Указано – кегли)) Если шарики вставить глубоко, то они не ощущаются и думаю эффекта от этого не будет, советую так вставить, чтобы крайний шарик был практически у входа ;-)) и постоянно двигаться, если с ними просто лежать или сидеть, они будут бесполезны. Кто-то писал в отзывах, что слышно как гремят шарики, скажу честно это полная ерунда, совершенно ничего не слышно!!! По размеру точно как в описании, а вот вес 60г, но это даже лучше.
